I Love My NYCitizens for a People’s Convention launched yesterday with several email waves to co-founder Paul Hudson’s address book.  Seven people donated yesterday — two people gave $100.  Impressive!

The ONLY way this grassroots effort will work is for it to “go viral” on the internet.  Look — it worked for Obama.  And before that it worked for Howard Dean (until he blew it by flipping out).   We must make it work for us.

This non-partisan single cause effort needs YOU.  Please: a) donate; b) sign the petition; c) forward, link or email to your friends and associates; d) post this site’s link on your Facebook, My Space, Linked In, and Twitter; e) talk it up to friends, nieghbors and work associates.

ONLY a massive grassroots effort has any hope to capture the attention of legislators and compel a true People’s Convention.  ONLY the people can save the state from its disastrous plight and toxic trajectory.

It takes $10 and less than 10 minutes to support the cause of holding a constitutional convention and do what we’re asking.  You’ll spend more time than that reading bad news about Albany in today’s newspaper!  Please–take action.  Be a blade of grass for New York State’s future.
